Last updated: February 2026
Introduction
These Usage Guidelines describe how you may and may not use the ThinkableSpace desktop application for macOS, Windows, and Linux. They supplement the Terms of Service and are designed to keep the experience fair and safe for everyone.
By installing or using ThinkableSpace, you agree to follow these guidelines.
1. Permitted Use
You are encouraged to use ThinkableSpace to:
- Organise your personal notes, ideas, and knowledge
- Use the app for professional or academic work under a valid license
- Install the app on devices you own or control, within your license seat limit
- Create backups of your local data for personal safekeeping
2. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the application
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the application
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary markings
- Redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the application to any third party

3. License Activation & Devices
Each license permits activation on a limited number of devices as specified by your license type. You may transfer your activation to a different device by first deactivating the previous one from your license management dashboard.
Attempting to activate on more devices than your license allows, or using technical means to bypass device limits, is a violation of these guidelines and may result in license revocation.
4. Updates
ThinkableSpace may periodically check for updates. You are entitled to receive updates released during your active license period.
After your license expires, you retain perpetual access to the last version released before the expiry date, but you will no longer receive new updates.
5. Your Data
ThinkableSpace stores your data locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your own data.
We do not access, collect, or transmit the content you create within the application. For details on what information we do collect, please see our Privacy Policy.
6. Enforcement
Violations of these guidelines may result in suspension or permanent revocation of your license, at the sole discretion of Amicosoft Ltd.
