By accessing or using ThinkableSpace ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Amicosoft Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ThinkableSpace.

Individual Licenses: Licensed for use by a single individual on devices they personally own and control.

Commercial Licenses: Licensed for use within a single organization. The number of authorized users is specified in your license agreement.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not share your license with unauthorized users
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Not remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Payment and Refunds

Pricing: License fees are stated in your account dashboard and vary by region and license type.

Payment: All fees are due in advance. We accept payment via credit card and other methods as specified during checkout.

Refunds: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are issued at our discretion and subject to evaluation of usage and circumstances.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, content, and materials, is owned by Amicosoft Ltd and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your data and content created within ThinkableSpace remain your property. We do not claim ownership of your content.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMICOSOFT LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your license to use the Service will immediately cease.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. We will provide notice when reasonably possible.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We recommend regularly backing up your data. We are not responsible for data loss.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the Service.

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
